West Ham have two major injury doubts v Newcastle, question marks rise

West Ham have one or two big doubts in their squad for the Premier League clash against Newcastle on Saturday (19 February).

David Moyes confirmed the news in his press conference this afternoon, with some injury knocks floating around at Rush Green.

Newcastle have their own injury doubts, too, with the likes of Kieran Trippier missing out at the London Stadium.

Speaking as shared by reliable journalist Tom Clark for Football London, Moyes revealed a couple of big question marks.

“We have one or two doubts and questions marks over some players but I will not give that away,” he said.

“I wouldn’t give anything away. We have a couple of knocks. All clubs will have them. We just need to make sure we can be ready for tomorrow.”

Doubts and Questions.

There is always one period of the season where injuries start to hit the squad, and the last few weeks have been just that.

Thankfully, the likes of Michail Antonio appear to have missed that, and the doubts could surround the likes of Manuel Lanzini.

Lanzini has been nursing a problem for weeks now and has been in and out of the side, without likely recovering 100%.

Kurt Zouma is another one of those who hasn’t been made fully available, so all eyes will be on the starting XI tomorrow morning.

Let’s hope those with question marks around them can pass fit and be made available to make all the difference and bring home those three points.
