Unlikely

Nunez would be a massive signing for the club if the Hammers can pull off a deal for him.

The young striker has dazzled for Benfica this season, managing 34 goals in all competitions.

Still, the Hammers must make an attempt to sign him, even though he is likely to cost in the region of £70 million [Mirror].

Signing a striker is a priority for David Moyes in the summer. The failure to land a striker in January has come back to haunt them as they have missed out on a top-four this season.

The Uruguay international will provide depth and quality to the squad which will help the Hammers break into the top four next season.
