West Ham have failed to replace their digital ticketing system

West Ham have failed to replace their current digital ticketing system with a new, much simpler version, according to a report from Claret & Hugh.

They claim that the Irons promised to change the current game by game system to a much easier one for all season ticket holders that would have involved one code for the whole season.

There have been problems with the Hammers’ ticketing system that has left many fans stuck outside waiting to get in, and it seems as if they haven’t fixed the problem.

Bad news for Irons fans.

This current system appears not to be working and has caused complications time after time.

So, it was good for the Irons to try and fix it, but if you are going to make a promise like that, then you need to deliver because otherwise, you will disappoint people.

This is not anything that will impact the players or the manager, but it does directly impact the most important people at West Ham, and that is the fans.

If they spend all season stuck outside and missing the beginning of games, then we can’t imagine that many will be too happy, and rightly so.

Hopefully, the Irons are still working on this and come up with a more straightforward solution because the Hammers fans deserve everything to be made simpler for them so that they can get into the London Stadium with no problems.

In other West Ham news, one Irons star has been hailed as an “inspiration” by an English manager.
