West Ham have been offered Dele Ali and Ross Barkley on loan
West Ham have been offered the chance to sign Tottenham Hotspur’s Dele Ali and Chelsea’s Ross Barkley on loan, according to ExWHUemployee.
The reliable Hammers insider claimed on the West Ham Way Patreon page on Monday afternoon (31 January, 12:44 pm) that, however, neither of them appeal to the club due to question marks over their commitment and attitude and are this point non-starters.
The Irons are yet to make any signings this month, and while David Moyes wants to add players to his squad, he does not appear keen on Alli or Barkley.

Expected
The West Ham manager loves his squad disciplined and committed, but the aforementioned duo have had issues with both factors in the past.
The current players at the London Stadium are all always pushing themselves to get better, but the same cannot be said of Alli and Barkley.
They are out of favour at their respective clubs for a reason, falling out of favour at international level with England too, and Moyes will really doubt whether they can improve his team.

They are both on high wages, and given how things are, the Hammers will not be keen to destabilise their current salary structure.
West Ham would have jumped at the chance to have Alli or Barkley on loan a couple of years ago, and while the duo can still rediscover their form, the Irons are clearly not willing to take a gamble on players with records of disciplinary shortcomings.
Agents will likely offer the Hammers more players before the 11 pm deadline, but Moyes will only do business for those able to make the team better.
