West Ham have £45million to strengthen David Moyes’ side
West Ham have £45million to spend in the remainder of the transfer window, according to Jim White.
Speaking on talkSPORT, White revealed the Hammers’ transfer budget as the transfer window approaches its conclusion, with West Ham still needing another centre-back and a striker.
If what White says is true, this should be more than enough for the Hammers to bring in those two signings though you would think a move for Jesse Lingard could be out of reach.

He said: “This is where I understand where West Ham are at right now. How much is available to spend in the remainder of the window? [They have] between £40million and £45million available to spend.”
Will West Ham spend that money?
The Hammers have started the season very well, but the squad is still thin, and if they don’t add to the current team, they could face some problems as the Europa League campaign gets underway.
Now, if reports are to be believed, the Hammers’ move for Kurt Zouma is progressing, and they could be edging close to signing him [Julien Maynard’s Twitter account].

This could be a significant amount of the budget spent in one go, but they should still have enough to bring in a backup striker for Michail Antonio.
So, it could be an exciting end to the transfer window for the Hammers, and we hope that they at least sign a centre-back and a striker with the money they have available.
