West Ham fans arrested for celebrating the late winner against Leeds United
Several West Ham fans were arrested after their side scored a late winner against Leeds United, according to a report from Claret & Hugh.
They report that a few Irons fans entered the field of play after Michail Antonio cooly slotted the ball into the corner in the 90th minute to secure a huge win for the Irons.
One fan was hauled to the floor and pinned down, and Said Benrahma comforted him before being escorted away.

Overzealous celebrations?
Given that there were 3,000 fans in the away end, it is actually a surprise that a few more didn’t end up on the pitch.
However, fair play to those Irons fans who went berserk in the away end instead, as it must have been an incredible moment watching Antonio stick that ball into the net.
Unfortunately, it seems a couple of fans got swept up in it all and ended up on the pitch and were subsequently arrested.

However, it was nice to see Benrahma comfort one fan who was pinned to the floor, and it shows that he was concerned about the fan’s welfare amongst the madness.
The Hammers fans and the players appear to have a great bond, and it was brilliant to see them all celebrate with each other after Antonio’s goal and at the full-time whistle.
It is just a shame that a few fans overstepped the mark and were rightly arrested.
