Nick Frost demands more communication from West Ham board
West Ham fan Nick Frost has asked the club to provide more communication over transfers on his Twitter account.
The actor who has 1.2million followers on Twitter asked the Hammers to have anyone from the club confirm that some transfer business was ongoing.
The Irons have yet to add a permanent signing this summer and have only signed Alphonse Areola on loan for the first team. So there is plenty of work to do, and it is clear that the situation has frustrated Frost.
Frost said: “I wish someone at West Ham would get on Twitter and say something like ‘Hey. We know it’s frustrating, we’re frustrated but trust us. It’s happening and you’re going to LOVE IT! We appreciate you guys. Sorry for putting you through this every season! COYI!!!”
“I’d like it.”
Will West Ham oblige?
Considering the Hammers haven’t even said anything officially about the takeover bid from PAI Capital and their statement about the London Stadium, we find it highly unlikely that they will say anything on transfers.
The fact of the matter is that the Hammers start their Premier League season on Sunday with one striker.
They sold Sebastien Haller in January and got Lingard in as his replacement.

He was brilliant, but he isn’t there as it stands, so West Ham are actually in a worse position than they were at the end of last season.
Therefore, it is no wonder that Frost is annoyed and has asked for more communication, but we just can’t see the Hammers saying anything.
Instead, Irons fans might just have to wait and see what business the club completes.
In other West Ham news, the Hammers might be ready to make a transfer breakthrough.
