West Ham could explore double transfer for David Zima and Abdallah Sima

Slavia Prague’s recent exit from the Champions League qualifiers could see West Ham look to sign their players, claims ExWHUEmployee.

Centre-back David Zima and attacker Abdallah Sima, both 20, have been previously linked with the Hammers, but now they could sweep in with official bids after this major development.

According to The Athletic, Zima will cost £6.5million while his teammate could cost up to £50million, per The Evening Standard.

In his recent Patreon post, ExWHUemployee wrote, “Slavia Prague (where we got Soucek and Coufal from) were knocked out of the Champions League this week. This could present us with some transfer options.

“Firstly in defence, they have a young defender called David Sima. We could explore a deal for him and his fellow teammate Abdallah Zima.

“In January I spoke to the club chairman via Twitter and he told me that Zima would not leave in January to West Ham but there is a chance he could in the summer.

“We have dealt with the club before so there is a strong chance we will go in for a move.”

Need them in our budget

Both players have previously been linked with us and they’re solid options who will not only strengthen our current team, but also offer options for the future.

While Zima is bang in our price range, Sima is way too expensive and there’s no way that the club would even think of initiating a transfer if that’s how much they’re quoting for his services.

West Ham

That said, the report was from a few months ago, and things are a lot different now, given Prague’s exit from the Champions League.

They’re in desperate need of funds and know that no club is going to pay that kind of money for a 20-year-old still to be proven outside the Czech Republic.

Ex says that there’s a good chance we could go for him and it does seem wise given our past relations with the club and the fact that we need a centre-back and a striker this summer.
