West Ham could be set to miss out on Milenkovic and Zouma
West Ham could be set for more transfer disappointment and miss out on both Nikola Milenkovic and Kurt Zouma, according to Claret & Hugh.
They claim that the club can’t reach an agreement with Milenkovic’s agent over his fee, while “club insiders” have told them that the Hammers are looking at other options instead of Zouma.
So, if this report is to be believed, the Hammers look set to miss out on two of their top centre-back targets, which would be a nightmare, especially as they’ve already missed out on Matheus Pereira and Jesse Lingard this summer.

Will West Ham not sign either?
The Milenkovic deal was thought to be pretty much complete; however, if the club can’t agree to pay the agent what he wants, then they could miss out [Alfredo Pedulla].
Certainly, it seems as if this deal has stagnated, but a lot of other reports are still positive about the Serbian moving to the London Stadium.
Hopefully, the Hammers can resolve the issues and move this deal forward.

Zouma has always looked more unlikely as the player rejected the Hammers’ contract offer not that long ago and started for Chelsea in the European Super Cup last night [the Guardian].
So, we can see why the Irons might look at someone other than the Frenchman.
The worst part of this report is the claim on Milenkovic, and we hope that this isn’t true and the Irons do eventually complete the signing of the 23-year-old.
In other West Ham news, the Hammers are in advanced negotiations for an attacker.
