West Ham come charging forward for Youssef En-Nesyri, move rejected

West Ham United have come charging forward to sign Sevilla striker Youssef En-Nesyri, according to Marca.

The Spanish outlet has insisted that the La Liga will need to sell in order to make any big transfer moves this summer.

En-Nesyri has been lined with the London Stadium since January, and that hasn’t stopped this summer.

David Moyes is said to have made an offer that exceeds what the Moroccan currently earns in Spain.

Despite that, En-Nesyri is said to have turned down the offer, and isn’t interested in a move to the London Stadium.

Only a “top club” will turn the head of the striker, and it appears as though he believes the Irons don’t fit into that category.

It is reported that the striker wouldn’t leave Sevilla for “all the gold in the world” as he left for his summer holiday.

Wave goodbye.

There is only so much you can do before realising that you have to stop and look elsewhere in the market.

En-Nesyri has turned down more money at the London Stadium, so the Hammers would need to offer even more stupid wages to convince him.

Sevilla have been in the Champions League consistently, and a step down to the Europa League isn’t something the striker is willing to do.

The so-called big six may be the only ones who could get a deal for En-Nesyri over the line, but we don’t want players who aren’t 100% sure at the club.

A striker is needed this summer, as Michail Antonio still remains our only senior option at the club.

Injuries have plagued his activity in recent seasons, and he needs the competition and partner if we are to go far in all competitions next season.
