West Ham battle Aston Villa to sign Brighton midfielder Yves Bissouma
Aston Villa are reportedly leading the chase to sign Yves Bissouma, but West Ham are also in the race.
According to a report from 90min, the Hammers have been kept informed about the situation of Bissouma.
Villa have already signed Boubacar Kamara on a free transfer and they are looking to add another midfielder to their ranks in the upcoming summer window.

Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal have maintained contact as well, along with the Hammers. It will take around £30m to secure his signature.
Amazing player
The 25-year-old is a superb player and he will be a great signing for the club.
The Mali international can play as a defensive midfielder and also a box-to-box midfielder. He has got bundles of energy in the middle of the park.
Known for his strong tackles (2.9 per game), he is also equally good at reading the game, making around 1.9 interceptions on an average, as per Whoscored.

Capable of playing long passes, he has the ability to create chances. He is a very good dribbler and a complete package.
He has produced some spectacular performances this season, with The Mirror hailing him as “outstanding” (03 May) earlier this month.
David Moyes needs to bolster his midfield this summer after Mark Noble has retired from the game. There is also doubts over the long-term future of Tomas Soucek at the club.
Bissouma with his all-round ability would be the right profile of player to fill his void.
