‘Unbelievable’ – These West Ham fans go wild for one player v Brighton
West Ham United midfielder Robert Snodgrass is someone who divides opinion, to say the least. However, he is capable of some tremendous performances.
The former Scotland international had one of his better days on Saturday, scoring twice in the 3-3 draw with Brighton & Hove Albion.
Obviously the result was immensely frustrating given that the Hammers had been leading 3-1 with about 20 minutes to go.
One man who couldn’t be blamed for the Irons’ failure to secure victory was Snodgrass, though, who was terrific from start to finish.
Manager David Moyes’ bizarre substitutions and the team’s inability to defend were much more responsible for the two dropped points.
What the 32-year-old has is a phenomenal engine and fantastic technique, and both things were in evidence against the Seagulls.
He and Michail Antonio both looked excellent and, to be honest, they were let down by their teammates.
The Hammers supporters clearly appreciated what the former Hull City man offered up, though, with one of them calling him ‘unbelievable’.
