Torino move for West Ham United midfielder Nikola Vlasic complicated
Torino’s move for West Ham United midfielder Nikola Vlasic is likely to get complicated, according to Tuttosport.
The 24-year-old has had a hard time in his first season at the London Stadium where he failed to hit the ground running.
It was reported by Tutto Mercato Web that the Turin-based club are leading the charge to sign Vlasic in the ongoing transfer window.

As per the latest report, despite the difficulty in completing a deal Torino’s top-tier management is still trying to bring the midfielder to the Olympic Grande Torino Stadium.
Forgotten Option
The best attribute of Vlasic is his pace. He is the kind of player that simply doesn’t stop regardless of him having or not having the ball.
As he is played as an attacking midfielder, he can easily press opponent teams from the front and doesn’t allow their defenders any time on the ball.
In the recently concluded season with West Ham, the Croatia international made 19 Premier League appearances, scoring only one goal for the club.

Tellingly, he has only started 17% of the overall matches he has played for the Hammers [Transfermarkt], hence the likelihood he could leave.
Those numbers are just not good enough for a player who joined the Irons in the summer transfer window last season in a deal worth of £26.8 million [BBC].
The Croatia playmaker now has four years left on his current deal at the London Stadium and therefore, it is important that West Ham officials get the best possible deal to let the player go.
