Tony Cottee raves about West Ham forward Jarrod Bowen
Tony Cottee has showered heaps of praise on Jarrod Bowen after West Ham secured a 1-0 victory in the Premier League clash on Tuesday against Watford at the London Stadium.
The Hammers struggled to break a resilient and much-improved Roy Hodgson’s side, but they somehow managed to sneak all three points to keep their top-four hopes alive.
West Ham, who lost their previous two league games, can now look forward to building strong momentum, despite the fact the performance hasn’t been good enough.

Cottee took to Twitter to express his reaction. He wrote: ” That man again Jarrod Bowen. Not sure where our goals would (have) come from without him recently.”
Dream form
Bowen scored the goal in the second half via a deflection. He was lively throughout, delivering some fantastic crosses.
The 25-year-old could have added another goal to his name but his effort hit the woodwork in the second half. He also made some good tackles to win the ball back.
Bowen is enjoying the form of his life, and if he doesn’t get a call-up to the national team now, it will be a great injustice to his form and talent.

Since Christmas, he has managed seven goals and three assists in all competitions. But, his contribution to the side goes beyond that.
It won’t be an exaggeration to say that Bowen is carrying the team forward at the moment, especially with Michail Antonio blowing hot and cold with his scoring form.
With this victory, coupled with Manchester United dropping point, the Hammers have jumped to fourth in the league table.
