Tom Clark shares conversation that shows West Ham fans dedication

Tom Clark has shared an eye-opening conversation with a Spanish journalist that highlights just how dedicated the West Ham fans are.

The Irons lost 1-0 to Sevilla despite putting in an excellent performance but do have the chance to turn the Europa League tie around at the London Stadium.

Thousands of Hammers made the journey to Seville to watch the Irons in action in the Ramon Sanchez-Pizjuan Stadium but some had to pay an extortionate price to get into the ground.

Clark shared on his personal Twitter: “Hearing from a Spanish journalist that potentially as many as 100 of the €9,999 tickets have been bought by West Ham fans”

Wow

That is ludicrous money for a ticket. Well, if you have made the long journey over to Spain you might as well do whatever it takes to get into the ground, but they are some seriously dedicated Hammers.

They will definitely be disappointed with the price they paid now that the game is over and having lost the game one nil, but they can now say they were there for the Irons biggest game in so many years.

West Ham

Hopefully they all have season tickets or an easy, cheaper way of finding a ticket for the return fixture where West Ham should overturn the deficit.

They played really well tonight, creating several clear-cut chances but they fell to the wrong men unfortunately. Sevilla didn’t cause the lads too many problems and only scored from a defensive mistake from the Irons.

It is all to play for next week when David Moyes’ side will benefit from having their key man, Jarrod Bowen, back in action.
