Super Computer makes West Ham United relegation prediction after Fulham win
West Ham United currently stand an 8% chance of being relegated from the Premier League this season after their 1-0 win against Fulham, according to Five Thirty-Eight and their Super Computer.
An own goal from Fulham’s Harrison Reed was enough for David Moyes’ side to pick up all three points at Craven Cottage on Saturday (8 April) and move up to 13th in the Premier League with 30 points.
The Super Computer has backed the Hammers to finish in 14th position in the Premier League, six points clear of the relegation zone.

The Irons are expected to finish on the same number of points as Leeds United in 13th place, but place beneath Javi Gracia’s side due to an inferior goal difference.
Moyes’ side are predicted to make the magic 40-point mark by the end of the season, while Southampton, Nottingham Forest and Bournemouth are expected to face relegation to the Championship.

Huge
Picking up three points at Craven Cottage wasn’t just huge for West Ham’s chance of Premier League survival but also for Moyes’ chances of remaining in the job another week.
Prior to the trip to Fulham, the Scottish manager was under huge levels of scrutiny, with his job in the London Stadium dugout being brought into question.
However, with three points gained, and a European Conference League quarter-final against Gent on the horizon next week, everything is looking far rosier for Moyes.
An 8% chance of relegation may be a little bit optimistic from the Super Computer, considering the number of results all of the relegation-threatened clubs have been picking up in recent weeks, as well as the fact that the Irons did get thrashed 5-2 by Newcastle in midweek.
Either way though, West Ham United are three more points closer to securing their Premier League status for next season.
