Slaven Bilic ready to replace Graham Potter with West Ham favourite lined up to join him
Slaven Bilic could be set to make sweeping changes before taking up the West Ham job.
Potter could be on the verge of the sack at West Ham after what has been nothing short of a dismal start to the season at the London Stadium.
Having most recently watched on as West Ham lost 2-1 against Crystal Palace, there is no hiding away from the pressure that Potter is under.
This has seen Bilic linked with a short-term return to West Ham, should the Englishman be relieved of his duties by David Sullivan and Co.
It appears that this deal could be in motion in E20, with Bilic seemingly shaping his backroom staff ahead of taking the job back with the claret and blue outfit.

Slaven Bilic wants James Collins in backroom staff
Bilic could be in line to replace Potter at West Ham, especially after the frustration of losing yet another home game, this time against Palace.
There is little positivity surrounding the Irons right now, and unfortunately, part of that is down to the failures of the ex-Chelsea boss in East London.
As a result, it would be little surprise if the 50-year-old was sacked and ultimately replaced, moving deeper into the Premier League season.
This could see Bilic return to the London Stadium in a move which will likely be met with a mixed reception by the Hammers’ faithful.
With that being said, the Croatian is seemingly trying to instil a positive vibe around Rush Green with a change in the dugout.
This has seen The Mirror report on 22 September that James Collins could be in line to join the backroom staff to help raise the mood in E20.
Bilic would also be open to working with West Ham’s sporting director and legendary figure, Mark Noble, with the pair already having a positive existing relationship.

Slaven Bilic could turn tide at West Ham
There is no getting away from the fact that a change is needed for the claret and blue outfit after such a disappointing start to the campaign.
This could see Bilic come in and go back to basics, with the hope of getting some positive results, something which has been seriously lacking this season.
West Ham Premier League results:
- Sunderland 3-0 West Ham
- West Ham 1-5 Chelsea
- Nottingham Forest 0-3 West Ham
- West Ham 3-0 Tottenham
- West Ham 1-2 Crystal Palace
The former West Brom boss is well-appreciated by the Irons faithful and could be well-received, but it will be seen as a step back regardless.
Although bringing back Collins is only going to make the fans get on board until the end of the year, if Sullivan and Co. make that choice.
