Shelley Kerr thrilled by West Ham United star Tomas Soucek
Shelley Kerr was left thrilled by West Ham United star Tomas Soucek as he lined up for the Czech Republic against Scotland.
Our midfield maestro was joined by Vladimir Coufal at Hampden Park, as they won 2-0 to top the same group as England.
BBC pundit Kerr was blown away by Soucek, claiming that he has a little bit of everything in all thirds of the pitch.

Speaking on the BBC ahead of the game, Kerr singled out Soucek as one of the best and biggest threats in the EUROs.
“He’s got a little bit of everything,” he said.
“He scores goals with his head, he’s got a physical presence. I watched a lot of the Premier League this season and he has been the star man for West Ham.
“He’s box-to-box, his energy levels are brilliant, and he is a good footballer.”

Star.
Soucek has enjoyed the best season of his entire career at the London Stadium, and now he has the chance to prove it on the biggest stage.
With England getting off to a cracking start, the Czech Republic will be looking to take advantage of Croatia’s loss and cement that second spot.
Soucek will be key to those hopes, with set-pieces a real weapon with the midfielder joined by the likes of Patrick Schick in the box.
The Three Lions don’t play the Czechs until next Tuesday, and it will be intriguing to watch Declan Rice take on the likes of Coufal and Soucek at Wembley.
That may be the only time we have wished they have a bad game in their entire careers, what a battle that will be.
