Serie A duo express interest in West Ham ace Alex Kral

Bologna and Atalanta are both interested in signing West Ham loanee Alex Kral in the summer transfer window, according to reports by TuttoMercatoWeb.

Despite only playing once in the Premier League this season for the Irons, the club consider the 23-year-old a “precious” asset.

The Czech Republic international looks unlikely to hit the criteria that would see the Hammers obliged to sign him permanently.

Reports from Italy suggest that the east London outfit want to keep the midfielder but would be open to selling him if they were offered an “excellent proposal”.

Untested.

This is a very tough call for David Moyes and West Ham. He is clearly a player with bags of talent given the amount he has won and where he has already played in his career.

At such a young age the Czech already has s much experience but he has completely failed to make any notable impact in claret and blue.

West Ham

This has been an extremely tough season for the Hammers and not one where Kral has been afforded the luxury of time on the pitch due to the must-win nature of virtually every game for the Irons.

It would be unfair to suggest he should be moved on just because he hasn’t played but his lack of hame time is a huge concern.

He might be one for the future but based on this season, the money would definitely be best placed elsewhere with a massive summer transfer window in store.

If he is as “precious” as suggested, they could sign him permanently and loan him out to get him ready to set the Premier League alight.
