Paris St Germain want to sign West Ham defender Issa Diop
Paris St Germain are reportedly ‘making noises’ about the availability of West Ham defender Issa Diop.
According to Claret and Hugh, despite his lack of form, David Moyes wants the Frenchman to stay and is closing ranks around him.
The 25-year-old was linked with an exit in January, but a move away from the London Stadium did not materialise for him.

Sell him
Moyes probably wants him to stay because he’s disillusioned with the way transfers work at the club.
He wanted to sign a defender and a striker in January, but that did not work out how he would’ve wanted it to.
Going into the final stretch of the season, this Hammers side appears to be weaker than the one that it was in August.
That’s down to injuries and a number of players going out of form.
One of those players is Diop and if there are guarantees of a couple of defenders arriving, Moyes should be willing to sell him.

Why PSG want the Frenchman, remains to be seen.
They’re one of the biggest clubs in the world and have the financial muscle to cherry-pick the players that they want.
It could alternatively be because he’s from the same country and would fit in easily into the dressing room and the Ligue 1 culture.
