Pablo Fornals asks fans to support West Ham to turn form around
Pablo Fornals has urged the fans to support West Ham United in reviving their form after a poor start to the Premier League campaign.
The Hammers will resume their season after a two-week international break when they will face Wolves on Saturday afternoon (01 October).
Fornals was quoted by the club’s official website where he stated how the fans inside the London Stadium can play their part in pushing the players to produce better performances.

“We’re going to be back in our stadium,” he said. “In our stadium when the crowd and the players are in the same symphony it’s very, very difficult to beat us.
“It’s unreal to play in front of 60,000 people week in and week out. I am 100% sure with [the fans’] support and our work we’re going to improve.
“I expect from us commitment because it is what we need. We’re trying to make it a difficult game for our opposition. I just ask if [the fans] can be with us.”
Comeback needed
West Ham’s season started as poorly as it could’ve as the side managed to secure just four points from the first seven matches, leaving them in the relegation zone going into the international break.
Those results have definitely put pressure on players and especially on manager David Moyes who knows that things must improve or he might end up losing his place on the bench at London Stadium.

The fans will be hoping for an improved show from the experienced players, in particular, who have been rather disappointing in the season so far.
Looking at the overall record for West Ham against Wolves will not give much hope to the club supporters as the side have won just five times against their Saturday’s rivals in 12 matches in the Premier League where they suffered six defeats as well [Transfermarkt].
However, one positive for the Irons to look at is the fact that they managed to beat The Wanderers the last time when these teams meet at this venue in February earlier this year.
