Official confirmation update emerges as West Ham United ace Declan Rice set for Arsenal move
Arsenal have reportedly informed West Ham that everything will be done with regards to Declan Rice in the next 24 hours.
According to the Daily Mail’s Sami Mokbel, official confirmation of the deal is imminent as the Hammers are waiting for their London counterparts now.
Rice will be moving to the London Stadium for a £105million transfer fee.
Via Twitter, Mokbel wrote, “Arsenal have informed West Ham that all remaining paperwork linked to Declan Rice’s £105m move to the Emirates Stadium will be completed within 24 hours. #WHUFC not received official confirmation from #AFC yet, but are expecting it imminently.”
Money needed
The Hammers definitely must be annoyed at how long it’s taking for this deal to go through as they need to push on with their transfer activity.
For Arsenal, they’ve already got Kai Havertz and Jurrien Timber and with Rice, their summer could be all but completed.
However, West Ham are yet to sign a new player this summer and already have seen seven players parting ways with the club.

They include Arthur Masuaku, Manuel Lanzini, Ademipo Odubeko, Armstrong Oko-Flex and Brian Kinnear, as well as scholar Asher Falase.
Rice has played his last game for the club and they would much rather see him leave and the money come in so that they can sign other players.
They may miss out on certain targets due to the lack of funds and for a change, it will not be the board’s fault.
In other West Ham news, an injury expert has claimed that Moyes’ physical demands could see another star player seek a London Stadium exit this summer.
