London Stadium owners refuse to disclose details on PAI Capital amid West Ham takeover talk
London Stadium owners London Legacy Development Corporation [LLDC] have refused to disclose information on their talks with PAI Capital and the West Ham takeover, according to Claret & Hugh.
The Hammers outlet sent a Freedom of Information request to LLDC about their negotiations with PAI, but the group have stalled on providing answers.
PAI announced in August that they had agreed a deal with LLDC to buy the London Stadium should they complete a takeover of the Irons. However, it seems the group is unwilling to reveal anything publicly and have asked for another four weeks.

Is this dodgy?
It is hard to know if this means that anything sinister is going on or not, but it does seem odd that LLDC hasn’t responded yet.
Surely, if they had nothing to hide, then they would have handed over the information?
However, the fact they are delaying has raised alarm bells and it could be just another thing stacking up against PAI and their bid to buy the Irons.

The group have reportedly submitted a second bid to buy the club as they look to end David Gold and David Sullivan’s reign [Sunday Times].
However, the club claims they are yet to receive the bid, and the longer this goes on, the more it appears as if PAI are not genuine bidders for the Hammers [Claret & Hugh].
The hope will be that they are and that their intentions are genuine, but the signs just don’t appear to be looking good.
