‘Liability’ – These West Ham fans rip into one player v Everton
West Ham United left back Aaron Cresswell has had a curious career in east London, and in recent years it’s all gone a bit flat.
Once one of the standout players for the Hammers and the deserving owner of a few England caps, he has been pretty sub standard for the past couple of seasons.
That continued for the native Liverpudlian against Everton at the London Stadium on Saturday, with the game ending in a 1-1 draw.
The 30-year-old was pretty poor against the Merseysiders, putting in a performance completely devoid of quality.
When he did get forward he simply didn’t seem capable of putting in a decent cross, while his deliveries from corners were absolutely woeful.
The Irons faithful were rather less than impressed, describing him as a ‘liability’ and his performance as ‘horrendous’.
