West Ham United have been handed a huge injury boost ahead of their clash with Newcastle United with Lewis Miley set to miss out, as per Luke Edwards.
The Daily Telegraph writer revealed via his official X account (26 March) that Miley is set to be out of action for around six weeks.
Miley has burst onto the scene this season and become an important player for the Magpies over the past few months.
David Moyes will take his side to St James’ Park on Saturday (30 March) as they look to build on their 1-1 draw with top-four chasing Aston Villa (17 March).

Moyes and his players should feel full of confidence that they can claim three points against Eddie Howe’s side.
Newcastle are currently suffering an injury crisis, with several first-team players sidelined, and this setback for Miley will only add to those woes.
At the age of 17, Miley has started an impressive 14 games in the Premier League this season, and he has filled in admirably in midfield for Howe amid Newcastle’s injury crisis.
With Miley now set for a spell on the sidelines, Newcastle will be stretched incredibly thin for the visit of West Ham, and Moyes’ side must ensure they capitalise on this.
Confidence is already low at St James’ Park after an underwhelming campaign, and the Hammers can use this as an opportunity to boost their confidence levels ahead of an important few months.
With Miley out, West Ham might suddenly be favourites ahead of what would have been considered a difficult clash at the start of the season.
