Journalist shares what West Ham United players did in changing room after comeback win v Tottenham

Ryan Taylor has shared what the West Ham players did in the changing room after their comeback victory against Tottenham on Thursday (7 December).

The Daily Mirror journalist tweeted that the Hammers team were heard blasting out the 90s classic “Show Me Love” by Robin Stone through a speaker inside their dressing room.

The Irons came from behind against their London rivals courtesy of second-half goals from Jarrod Bowen and James Ward-Prowse to secure a 2-1 win.

Enjoy the moment

There is absolutely no reason why the West Ham players shouldn’t enjoy the moment as much as possible after such a big result.

It looked for a long time like they were going to come away without anything from North London after Cristian Romero handed the hosts an early lead.

But the Hammers showed great resilience to stick in the game and they came out fighting after the break, putting Tottenham under pressure and forcing them into errors.

James Ward-Prowse could be an excellent fit as the next West Ham captain

After the Europa Conference League celebrations earlier this year, we know full well that the Irons players do enjoy a celebration and they deserved it after this victory.

It’s also good to see that they picked a 90s banger to really get them going and there will be plenty of happy faces around the club today following the result.

In other West Ham news, a journalist has shared why a Premier League side are considering selling a Hammers-linked player.
