Jeff Stelling tells West Ham to refund season tickets if they do one thing this season
West Ham have left season ticket holders far from impressed this campaign.
Nuno Espirito Santo is under threat of the sack at West Ham as a run of shocking form continues to hurtle towards relegation.
The London Stadium has seen some shocking performances so far, with West Ham’s 2-1 win against QPR not taking away from widespread frustration.
That fan opinion is unlikely to improve after Eric Dier was linked to West Ham in an attempt to avoid a drop to the Championship.
Should the Hammers continue one quality they’ve shown this campaign, Jeff Stelling has warned the East London club to give season ticket holders their money back.

Jeff Stelling tells West Ham give refund to season ticket holders
Nuno could soon be sacked by West Ham, something that would sum up exactly how bad the Irons have been in recent weeks and months.
There has been very little for supporters to hang on to, with positive performances being few and far between.
The win against QPR saw Taty Castellanos score his first in claret and blue, but that was a rare silver lining in East London.
There is still fear in East London that complacency could build in the second half of the season, leaving the Hammers to prepare for the Championship rather than battling against relegation.
That has been echoed by Ally McCoist on talkSPORT, who is worried about what could happen in E20 this campaign.
He said: “There is no way, in my opinion, right now that West Ham can think, ‘We’re down, we need to prepare for next season.’ You can not, for a minute [think that].
“You have got to strengthen and go out to give yourself every opportunity to catch someone.“
Stelling was in agreement with the Scot, suggesting that if West Ham are to prioritise second-tier preparations, season ticket holders should be refunded.
The host added, “If their attitude is ‘Yeah, we’re down’, ok, but give the season ticket holders half their money back.“
David Sullivan has season ticket holder dilemma at West Ham
There is no getting away from how bad the Hammers have been this season, and things may only get worse across the rest of the year.
Relegation looks increasingly likely, with performances and expectations only likely to get worse as the campaign goes on.
David Sullivan is highly unlikely to refund season ticket holders before the end of the season, even if Stelling and McCoist are proven right.
Adult season ticket prices at West Ham for 2025/26:
- 1966 West – £1,720
- 1966 Billy Bonds Stand – £1,445
- Band 1 – £1,175
- Band 2 – £1,040
- Band 3 – £790
- Band 4 – £670
- Band 5 – £385
- Band 6 – £345
That would still raise a question of what will happen next campaign in terms of prices and promises to the most loyal of fans if the Irons are in the second-tier.
The Hammers chairman has a decision to make over the cost of season tickets and whether he wants to reward allegiance or continue to charge Premier League rates.
