Jamie O’Hara rages live on talkSPORT as West Ham United fan tells club to sue
Jamie O’Hara has reacted to the controversial penalty decision from the West Ham v Crystal Palace game which ended 4-3 in favour of Roy Hodgson’s side.
Nayef Aguerd was alleged to have brought down Eberechi Eze inside the box which saw the former QPR attacker slot home the penalty.
At the end, it proved to be the deciding moment of the game which saw one Hammers rage as he called talkSPORT and suggested seeing VAR.
To which O’Hara said, “You can’t sue people for making mistakes. It’s still subjective. The decisions, I think the one today was shocking. You can’t give a penalty but it is still subjective.”
Out from the left field
We’ve never seen someone wanting to sue VAR because decisions have been given against their side.
To be fair, fans of no club will say that VAR positively favours them and that’s perhaps a problem not with the technology but the people making use of the said technology.
Some decisions look so blatant to the naked eye and we’re baffled to see them getting reviewed like there’s actually the need of looking at it any further.

We’re hoping that at the end of the season the PGMOL is given clear directives about how they can handle this mess.
West Ham have seen two decisions go against them recently which probably shouldn’t have and that could’ve changed the outcome of both games.
Such instances have taken place with clubs everywhere in the Premier League as well so it’s not like there’s an agenda against the Hammers but it’s certainly something that needs improving.
