Jamie O’Hara changes Fulham v West Ham prediction after what Jason Cundy said on the Sports Bar

Jamie O’Hara believes that West Ham United v Fulham will end 2-2 but his mind was changed by what Jason Cundy said while live on talkSPORT.

West Ham haven’t had the best of starts to their Premier League season and find themselves 13th, just one point behind Fulham.

There’s a competition between both Cundy and O’Hara about who can get the most Premier League scorelines correct and, after Cundy’s prediction, the former Tottenham man changed his mind at the last second.

“Fulham 1-1 West Ham, it’s still a prediction, it’s still a prediction,” Cundy said on talkSPORT’s Sports Bar (12 September).

To which O’Hara replied: “I would have said 1-1, but I don’t want to I need to get points back. I’m going to go 2-2.”

West Ham United need to find some form as soon as possible

Of all the Premier League’s teams, West Ham arguably had one of the most interesting summer transfer windows with the Hammers bringing in a plethora of players across the pitch to bolster their ranks.

The likes of Max Kilman and Jean Clair-Todibo were both added to Julen Lopetegui’s ranks but the Hammers haven’t yet hit the ground running.

Indeed, the London-based club have had a fairly tough start to the 2024/25 Premier League season facing the likes of Aston Villa and Manchester City to name just two.

It’ll obviously take time for all of Lopetegui’s new arrivals to find their place within the Hammers’ lineup and most fans will know this.

But, it feels as if they should be doing better than what they have done and there is time for that to happen. The Irons will hope to be gunning for European football this term and there is still a huge amount of optimism they will improve on last season’s ninth-place finish.
