Issa Diop unhappy at West Ham as club wait on Fulham bid

Issa Diop is reportedly left unhappy at West Ham as he appears to be keen on moving to Fulham this summer.

According to ExWHUemployee, the Frenchman has gotten incredibly frustrated at the lack of movement surrounding his future.

He has already informed the hierarchy that he wants to leave and there could be another bid coming in from Fulham that matches the Hammers’ valuation.

West Ham

Ex wrote, “Issa Diop is becoming increasingly frustrated and unhappy with his position at the club and is hoping that the club accept an offer from Fulham for his signature.

“He has missed a couple of our preseason friendlies recently. He has also made his intentions to leave very clear and the club are hoping that Fulham will up their bid so this can be completed. It is hoped this could happen soon.

“A couple of French clubs have also expressed interest.”

Let him go

It makes little sense to keep players against their wills at clubs, especially if they’re not going to be regular starters.

Diop wants to be playing football regularly and knows that he’s not going to get that at the London Stadium.

There is a chance for him to do so at Craven Cottage and he believes that he can get his career back on track in West London.

At 25, it can be argued that his best days are still in front of him so we can understand why he’s so keen on forcing an exit this summer.

Hopefully, Fulham table an improved bid for him sooner rather than later so that another transfer saga can be put to bed.
