Injury Expert: Three Newcastle players ruled out in team news v West Ham United
Newcastle United have three players ruled out for their Premier League clash against West Ham United on Wednesday (5 April), according to injury expert Ben Dinnery.
Eddie Howe’s side travel to the London Stadium full of confidence after toppling Manchester United at the weekend but face a Hammers team who arrive on the back of a gritty 1-0 win against relegation rivals Southampton.
Writing for the Premier Injuries website, Dinnery shared that the Magpies’ top scorer Miguel Almiron is ruled out of the encounter due to a thigh injury, with a potential return date of 30 April.

Former Bournemouth winger Ryan Fraser remains out with no return date, while defender Emil Krafth is ruled out with a long-term knee injury that has kept him on the St. James’ Park medical table all season long.

Tough test
West Ham United will be up against it to claim a result against a buoyant Newcastle side on Wednesday (5 April).
The Magpies delivered a season-best performance when defeating Manchester United at the weekend and will be full of confidence when travelling down to the capital for this midweek fixture.
If David Moyes’ side wish to record consecutive Premier League wins after the international break, they will need to sharpen up their attacking play, which was once again a little sluggish against Southampton on Sunday (2 April).
Although Nayef Aguerd’s first-half header released the pressure on the Scotsman’s shoulders, the likes of Danny Ings and Jarrod Bowen still looked isolated for large portions of the game.
Against a Newcastle side who have recorded a Premier League-high 13 clean sheets this season, the likes of Ings will have to be at his clinical best to deliver three points for the London Stadium faithful.
