Graham Potter sources share West Ham or Wolves preference as approaches made
Graham Potter would be more interested in taking charge of West Ham United than Wolves, sources close to him told talkSPORT.
This comes after Jim White revealed that both clubs have sounded out the former Chelsea boss over becoming their manager live on air.
Potter has been without a club since being sacked by the Blues in April last year, but the radio station reported via their website on Thursday [5 December] that he is keen to return to management.
Graham Potter prefers West Ham over Wolves
It is easy to see why Potter prefers the Hammers project over Wolves as the East London outfit are evidently a bigger club.
The Wanderers’ Fosun-led ownership is also persistent on a self-sustainable model, which could turn the 49-year-old away as he looks to get his career back on track after a poor stint at Stamford Bridge.
Speaking on talkSPORT on Wednesday [4 December], Darren Bent suggested that the Englishman would be a great fit for the Irons, considering the players they already have at their disposal.
It appears the West Ham hierarchy is in agreement, having approached him over replacing Julen Lopetegui as their head coach.

Lopetegui, meanwhile, is facing an uncertain future at the London Stadium after losing 3-1 to Leicester City at the King Power Stadium on Tuesday [3 December].
According to talkSPORT, the Spanish tactician is in line to meet the Hammers hierarchy as David Sullivan ponders pulling the plug on him just 14 games into the Premier League season.
In other West Ham news, the Irons are in the race for this midfielder after a £50million transfer update emerged.
