Gianluca Scamacca hypothesis emerges as Juventus transfer possible at West Ham United
Juventus could move for West Ham striker Gianluca Scamacca if Dusan Vlahovic leaves Turin this summer, according to Tuttomercatoweb.
There has been a raft of speculation that Scamacca is looking to return to Serie A after his mega-money move last summer from Sassuolo after struggling to adapt to the Premier League.
Gazzetta dello Sport reported on 15 March that the Old Lady were preparing a bid to sign for the former Saussolo man as they anticipate big-money offers for Vlahovic this summer.
And that idea has been followed up by Tuttomercatoweb [20 March] who reveal that Juve are still monitoring the situation of Scamacca and any potential move still remains a “hypothesis” in regard to the future of their Serbian hitman.
The report writes: “The ex-Sassuolo was already a target before the spotlights turned on Vlahovic. At the moment it remains only a hypothesis but still to be monitored.”
Hotting up

It’s like the rumours surrounding Scamacca’s future at the London Stadium are hotting up with every passing week, which surely means he may well be on the move back to his homeland this summer.
Juventus, AC Milan and Inter have all reportedly been touting his services according to reports in Italy and it’ll be a shame to see such a talented forward leave the Premier League after just under a year spent in England.
We feel the Hammers should desperately look to keep the Italian as he still has much to learn and to develop and could well turn out to be a future world-beater if all goes well at the London Stadium.
It is clear the Italian needs time to adjust as adapting to the Premier League is a huge test for even the best of footballers on the land.
Providing the Irons are forced to sell this summer, then they should certainly look to make some sort of profit on the £35.5m they paid for his services last summer.
