George Hall rejects West Ham United transfer as Birmingham City decision made
George Hall has decided to turn down a move to West Ham in favour of remaining with Birmingham City, according to Alan Nixon.
The Sun journalist reported on his Patreon on 31 August that the 19-year-old is set to sign a new deal to remain at St Andrew’s after his contract was due to expire at the end of this season.
He said the Championship side have turned down bids for the talented midfielder, with the Hammers being joined by Everton, Liverpool and Tottenham in their pursuit of the teenager.

Disappointing
It will come as a disappointment to West Ham to learn that Hall has decided to pen a new contract and ensure his future will be at Birmingham.
The midfielder is clearly highly thought of after a number of Premier League sides have been watching him perform in the Championship in recent times.
The teenager’s decision shows that he is keen to continue playing regular first-team football for his hometown club and you can’t really blame him for that.

Hall impressed for the Blues last season after making 30 appearances for them across the campaign, where he scored two goals and laid on one assist.
Although he won’t be joining us during this transfer window, it’s likely we will keep an eye on his development this season with a view to going back in for him further down the line.
In other West Ham news, the club have turned their attentions to a £51million-rated forward.
