Gary Lineker mocks West Ham ace Lucas Paqueta after what he did v Chelsea
Gary Lineker poked fun at West Ham midfielder Lucas Paqueta after what he did in the 3-1 win v Chelsea at the London Stadium on Sunday (20 October).
The Brazilian made the headlines this past week for allegedly betting on his own games, according to the Daily Mail.
This included getting yellow cards in certain games and Lineker saw it as a perfect opportunity to make a joke about it.
Via Twitter, he wrote, “Paqueta celebrating a free kick like it’s a yellow card.”
Stunning win
Paqueta made the headlines this week, a lot was spoken about West Ham’s lacklustre transfer activity but none of that mattered.
Everything aligned for the Hammers to cause an upset over their local rivals and they did it in style.
Despite going down to ten men, they held their own and not only did they defend their slender one-goal lead, but went on to score another one.

After a shaky first half, the players showed great character in the second and held on for a famous win against the big spenders.
David Moyes has been under tremendous pressure and this was a great way to silence the critics and it remains to be seen how things transpire in the coming days.
More investment is needed into the squad and hopefully, they bring in the right faces through the door.
In other West Ham news, the club have now opened advanced talks with a Premier League player who appears to be open on leaving his side this summer.
