Nikola Milenkovic’s agent Fali Ramadani wants his client to join Juventus over West Ham, according to Corriere Dello Sport.
According to the Italian media outlet, Juventus have been tracking the centre-back for a while and they have been in regular contact with Ramadani over the past few weeks.
The 23-year-old is also understood to fancy a move to the Old Lady, despite ExWHUEmployee recently stating that West Ham were set to resume talks today (Friday) to sign him.
Surely not
Hopefully, the Italian media are doing it with the hopes of unsettling the player and giving Juventus more time to enter negotiations and tempt him to stay in the Serie A for next season.
His contract expires at the end of next season so it’s almost guaranteed that he will be leaving this summer and he may want to join them over us, but their interest isn’t understood to be as serious as ours.
We’ve been in talks with him for a few days so there’s a good chance that he is open to the idea of moving to the Premier League and to the London Stadium and we should reach a resolution in the next few days.
Milenkovic is an impressive defender who will be a fantastic addition to our side. We know David Moyes loves his players to score from set pieces and he could give us the added aerial threat in the opposition penalty area with his 6ft 5in frame.
