ExWHUemployee: West Ham United hopeful that Jarrod Bowen should return v Everton
ExWHUemployee has responded to the latest reports on the injury of West Ham United star Jarrod Bowen this week.
It was shared that the winger has suffered a potential fractured bone in his foot, and could even miss the Europa League showdown against Lyon.
Ex has now reported that the club are hopeful that Bowen can return against Everton, with work on the treadmill already starting.

Writing on the West Ham Way Patreon page on Monday (21 March), Ex shared the latest as fears grew in the media.
“As we said on the podcast last week, the scans on Bowen’s injury are showing a potential fractured bone in his foot, this has been reported in the mainstream media today,” he wrote.
“The same person who told us about the fractured bone believes the player has already started working on a treadmill and has started fitness work.
“The club are hopeful that he should be able to return after the international break to face Everton.”

Huge.
This would be massive, and in terms of fitness, this international break has certainly come at the right time for the Irons.
For 90% of the 3-1 defeat at Spurs yesterday, the squad look dead on their feet and were dominated by a much fresher team who aren’t in Europe.
Now, it is all about getting back to 100% over this break and also giving Bowen that time to recover without the potential of risking him in a busy schedule.
With Everton in shocking form away from home in the Premier League, it wouldn’t be the worst if the winger was rested for that one.
Lyon will be the priority after the break, and potentially smashing past the French side to set up a huge Europa League semi-final against Barcelona.
Having Bowen available for those would be huge, and we are crossing everything that he is ready and prepares during these two weeks.
