ExWHUemployee: West Ham board member confirms Nayef Aguerd looking for houses in England amid transfer talks
ExWHUemployee has shared that five different West Ham United sources have confirmed that Rennes defender Nayef Aguerd is now looking for houses in England.
The reliable source has reported that players, board members, coaching staff have all shared that the defender has been meeting with club officials this week.
It hasn’t been confirmed that it is a done deal yet, although it is suggested that it is close to an announcement in the coming days and weeks.

Speaking on the latest edition of the West Ham Way Podcast, Ex shared what many different sources have told him about any possible deal for the Moroccan.
“I’ve spoken to two players, I’ve spoken to a member of the coaching staff, I’ve spoken to a member on the board, and I’ve spoken to someone at the training ground so that is five different sources that have all confirmed that he has been in England this week looking at houses, meeting with club officials.
“I don’t know if it’s a done deal or not, but certainly, there has to have been some interest for him to do that.”

Announce it.
Everything is now pointing in the right direction.
If Aguerd is now looking at houses, it would be safe to assume that talks with Rennes have gone very well and the money of offer should be enough.
On top of that, personal talks over his contract at the London Stadium should also have gone smoothly and there aren’t many hurdles left to jump before this one is confirmed.
With Issa Diop expected to be available, Kurt Zouma’s public struggles and the injury concerns behind Angelo Ogbonna, fresh faces are needed at the back.
After many struggles in recent windows, it would be refreshing to get a deal over the line this quickly in a problem area so we can spend the rest of the summer looking to strengthen elsewhere.
This is what consistent European football can do for a club, and hopefully, the rest of our targets make it this easy to get deals over the line as we progress over the next two months.
Bring it on.
