ExWHUemployee: Swansea win race to sign West Ham United winger Armstrong Oko-Flex on loan
Swansea have reportedly won the race to sign West Ham United winger Armstrong Oko-Flex on loan ahead of the transfer deadline.
According to ExWHUemployee, there were a number of teams queueing up to sign the young attacker, but the Championship side have now beaten the rest of the competition.
An official announcement is now imminent with everything agreed over his exit this summer.

Ex wrote, “We can confirm that a number of clubs have been interested in signing exciting winger Armstrong Oko-Flex on loan for the season including Derby County but we believe that Swansea City may have won the chase. The deal should be announced soon.”
Important move
Oko-Flex made his West Ham debut in the mid-week clash against Viborg in the Europa League and David Moyes is certainly thinking of him as a first-team player.
However, for him to get game time in this squad, he would have to be at a certain level and he is not there just yet.
It does make sense, for him to get to that level, to be loaned out for the 2022/23 campaign where he will be playing week in and week out in the second tier.
The 20-year-old is definitely highly rated and we will not be surprised to see him actually staking a claim for a spot on the bench every matchday.
We’re unsure if Said Benrahma or Pablo Fornals will be there at the club a year from now so it does make sense to have backups ready in case they’re sold.
We will be keeping a keen eye on the player’s progress over the next few months.
