ExWHUemployee shuts down West Ham United links to Everton striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin
ExWHUemployee has shut down links between West Ham United and Everton forward Dominic Calvert-Lewin over the weekend.
The Sun reported that the Irons were looking into a deal for the England international, who would cost up to £60million.
Ex reported those weren’t true, and that David Moyes had not yet narrowed down his search with funds available to spend at the London Stadium.

Writing on the West Ham Way Patreon page (23/01 9:20 pm) Ex responded to the crazy links that have surfaced.
“We can confirm that there is no truth in the story today linking us with Dominic Calvert-Lewin,” he wrote.
“The manager has not identified him as a target and it isn’t believed that Everton want to/need to sell him, despite reports.
“I have been reassured that there is money available for Moyes to buy players but as yet he hasn’t managed to narrow down a target he wants that is available. Work will continue this week.”

Delayed.
What is happening at the London Stadium?
If funds are there to spend, is it David Moyes delaying any major action in the window despite it being so blatantly obvious what is needed?
A new striker has been desperately needed since Sebastien Haller left almost a year ago, yet here we are with still no one through the door.
Instead, David Ornstein reported this morning (24/01) that a centre-back move was on the cards for Marseille enforcer Duje Caleta-Car.
Moyes needs to straighten out his priorities, and there will be questions to be answered if a new striker doesn’t arrive in the next seven days.
In other West Ham United, this one Irons star is set for a bumper new deal at the London Stadium as interest sparks GSB into action
