ExWHUemployee names winner in West Ham and Bournemouth race to sign Marcos Senesi
West Ham have reportedly lost to fellow Premier League side Bournemouth in the race to sign Feyenoord defender Marcos Senesi.
According to ExWHUemployee, he was not a priority target for the Hammers, but they now do not have any chances of signing him this summer.
Tutto Mercato Web reported that West Ham had tabled a £12.6million bid to sign the 25-year-old but he now seems bound for the Vitality Stadium.

Ex wrote, “Senesi looks set to join Bournemouth now but he was never a number 1 target anyway.”
One that got away?
He may not have been the club’s first choice target, but it was still an option that they would like to have had.
There are no guarantees they will get the desired central defender so it would have been good to have a fallback option,
However, with Sensei now set to join Bournemouth that option has now gone and Rob Newman will have to prepare a backup in case they do not get the player they are looking for.
There have been reports linking them with a move to Atilla Szalai, but as things stand, they seem to be in the primitive stage.
That said, talks are still going on so hopefully, the Hammers can make some quick moves and may even have him in time for the next Premier League game against Nottingham Forest next weekend.
West Ham cannot end this summer window without signing another left-sided centre-back so they’ve got to do whatever they can in order to get one over the line as quickly as possible.
