ExWHUemployee names West Ham United players set for last game at club v Brighton

ExWHUemployee has shared that Andriy Yarmolenko and Ryan Fredericks are likely to play their final games for West Ham United against Brighton this afternoon.

The reliable source also dropped that a couple of others will also likely leave the club once the game has finished as David Moyes plots for the future.

West Ham can qualify for the Europa League once again if they better Manchester United’s result at Crystal Palace in what is a big incentive.

Writing on the official West Ham Way Patreon page ahead of kick-off, Ex shared the latest on the team ahead of a big showdown on the south coast.

“The manager also has a consideration to make as to whether he starts Mark Noble in his last game for the club.

“The game is also Yarmolenko’s and more than likely Fredericks (plus a couple of others) last games for the club too.  More to come….”

No brainer.

It is time to move players on such as these from the club.

Yarmolenko has been on huge wages compared to what he has actually delivered on the pitch, and Fredericks has been nothing more than a rotation option – also on big money.

Moyes will know that he needs to get those types of players away from the London Stadium, and instead, promote younger, hungrier players for the depth.

It also frees up big wages to be used on transfers over the summer, something we really need to utilise after failing to properly use it over the last two windows.

If both of these names can help us reach the Europa League once again, they will be remembered fondly, but if not, it will just be another two names that we move on from quickly.

Let’s just get the business done at Brighton first before all of this.
