ExWHUemployee: Kurt Zouma injures same knee, set for scans at West Ham United
West Ham United are set to send Kurt Zouma for a scan on the injury picked up against Kidderminster, according to ExWHUemployee.
Asked for an update over on his Patreon page, Ex shared it was the same knee that the Frenchman has injured before in his career.
Zouma rolled over the ball in extra time during the 2-1 win but managed to play through the pain to finish the clash.

Writing on the West Ham Way Patreon page (06 February, 4:54 pm), Ex shared the latest on the Frenchman.
“I have been asked to give a Zouma update by many,” he wrote. “The only thing I have is that they want to have further scans on the knee before they can determine whether there is any injury.
“Unfortunately, he injured the same knee that was injured before when treading on the ball in yesterday’s game. Whilst Moyes described him as being “ok” more scans are needed to see if this is actually the case.”

Nervous wait.
This is the last thing we need after suffering a very quiet January.
A central defender was on the wish-list, so it is typical days after failing to get one, our best option in that area potentially picks up another injury.
It was an awkward blow for Zouma, who rolled over the ball and then jarred his knee in the Aggborough turf.
Given it is the knee that the French international has injured before, it is easy to see why it would cause such big concern.
Having watched Issa Diop’s disasterclass for 45 minutes on Saturday, we are desperate for good news, as we simply can’t afford to have those levels of performances in our team while pushing for the top four.
Here’s to good news, although it isn’t looking very positive at this moment in time for everyone involved at the club.
