ExWHUemployee: Jarrod Bowen now likely to miss West Ham United games v Sevilla and Spurs

West Ham United are likely to be without Jarrod Bowen for their games against Sevilla and Spurs this week.

That’s according to ExWHUemployee, who has reported that the Irons are unsure on his foot injury after scans have taken place.

The reliable source shared speculation that the winger may have a cracked bone in his foot, and is likely, not “definite” to miss upcoming games.

Writing on his Patreon yesterday evening (14 March), Ex shared the major update that everyone was daunting.

“As it stands, I’ve had mixed news,” he said. “On Bowen, it seems the club are unsure on the injury with scans not too clear on the problem.

“It has been speculated that he has a cracked bone in his foot. Whilst this is not definite he is likely to miss both the games against Sevilla and against Spurs. With the game against Everton now the most likely target.”

Big blow.

This is a big problem for West Ham.

What is most concerning is that we are yet to have had a concrete answer from those inside the club, proving that this is trickier than just a standard knock picked up each week.

There was a glimmer of hope he may return against Sevilla, but that looks to have been knocked out of the park, with the Spurs showdown now also questionable.

Bowen is a big-game player for David Moyes, and the gaffer will be fuming that he will be without one of his stars who has been so reliable since arriving.

Hopefully, we can pick up positive results, but with Michail Antonio now also a big doubt, there are serious doubts behind that.

Let’s hope for some good news, soon, we need it.
