ExWHUEmployee cools speculation of Moyes-Sullivan fallout
ExWHUEmployee claims everything is fine behind the scenes at West Ham and the club are in talks to sign more players this summer.
Hammers fans forum and website WestHamFans.org reported that the club’s lack of transfer activity gave rise to a crisis with David Moyes and David Sullivan having a number of heated debates.
The report also states that the two have taken a “time out” and have decided not to converse with each other for a while to avoid things from getting out of control.
However, ExWHUEmployee has thrown cold water on these rather bizarre claims.
The reliable Hammers insider was asked by @AdamLoveday92 if there was any truth to the report.
Via his personal Twitter account, he responded, “No not at all. The club are currently in talks for players and the manager and chairman are working together.”
A relief
The last thing we want at this stage of the window is the owner and the manager to have a fallout as it will only lead to dire consequences.
Our transfer activity has been far from impressive thus far, and if Moyes and Sullivan aren’t on the same page yet, then things will only go downhill from here.
ExWHUEmployee is a reliable source for all things West Ham so we can take his word for it.

If it was true, the club would be foolish to treat Moyes that way, especially after the success he got us last season.
We’re likely to sign a centre-back and striker this summer for sure, but we should be looking at a left-back as well as a central midfielder if we are to strengthen from last season and give ourselves a better chance to finish in the top four.
Hopefully, Jesse Lingard also comes through the door, but as things stand, that’s looking quite unlikely.
