ExWHUemployee: Agent of West Ham United ace Sonny Perkins asks for high wages, Leeds United and Aston Villa more open to demands
The agent of West Ham United sensation Sonny Perkins is demanding high wages in any potential new deal, according to ExWHUemployee.
It broke this week that Aston Villa and Leeds United are both interested in a move for the young attacking midfielder, with his contract to come to an end this summer.
ExWHUemployee has reported that it seems as though these new wages demands are not deemed as high at both of our Premier League rivals.

Writing on his personal Twitter account on Friday evening [03 June], Ex shared more insight into the ongoing saga with an exit now very likely.
“More so his agent, and high is high by our definition,” he wrote.
“Not by Leeds or Villa it seems.”
Influence.
This is becoming a real problem in the modern-day.
Young players are being influenced far too heavily by agents who could be demanding unrealistic wages as it may get them more of a fee if it is signed.
West Ham are going to receive compensation if Perkins does move on, but it will be a real blow to see him move to another team in the Premier League.
Do GSB need to reconsider their academy wage structure? We have seen great success in recent years with our under-23s, but not giving them first-team opportunities could harm them.
Leeds have a big track record of doing just that, they did it at the London Stadium in that five-goal thriller in the recent 2021-22 season.
Right now, it looks guaranteed that Perkins will be moving on and we just have to hope that he doesn’t come back to haunt us in the future, although we of course wish that he will have a great career.
It’s a shame that it could all come to an end due to an agent – something has to change.
