Efan Ekoku gushes over Said Benrahma in first half of West Ham v Crystal Palace

Efan Ekoku was left gushing over Said Benrahma in the first half of the West Ham clash against Crystal Palace.

The Algerian played a lovely cross into the stride of Michail Antonio to hand the Hammers their opening goal.

He started the game strongly and deserved credit for ensuring that the visitors set the ball rolling at Selhurst Park.

Speaking on Premier League’s world feed, the BT Sport pundit said, “That was beautiful. Absolute peach of a cross from Benrahma.”

Win this

Despite Palace starting this game strongly, it’s the Hammers who took the lead and then added another goal.

They sit comfortably at half-time with a 2-0 lead but the game is far from finished yet.

One goal for the hosts will suddenly wake up the home support and will put West Ham on the backfoot.

David Moyes must tell us players to keep doing what they’ve been doing so far as it’s working wonders.

Patrick Vieira, thus far, does not seem to have any answers to this Hammers onslaught.

Hopefully, we see more of the same in the second period and the club can close the gap in on Arsenal who sit in fourth place.

Three points here will put them only a point behind their local rivals and that is a fantastic position to be in currently.
