Declan Rice turns down two contract offers from West Ham
Declan Rice has turned down two new contract offers from West Ham United, according to the Telegraph.
The England international is currently shining at the EUROs, and once again caught the eye in the 2-0 win over Germany.
It is suggested that the midfielder also wants to be informed of any bids that may come in from Chelsea and Manchester United.

Matt Law shared the news on his personal Twitter account this morning, which will shatter the Irons fanbase.
“Exclusive: Declan Rice puts Manchester United and Chelsea on alert by turning down two West Ham contract offers,” he wrote.
“He also wants to be informed of any bids.”
Shattering.
We can’t believe what we are reading.
Of course, it always gets to a stage where our best players such as Rice will want to leave, but after our fantastic last season, we didn’t think it would be this early.
Shining at the EUROs will only help his cause of trying to force a move away from the London Stadium, something that looks like it is happening.
The bids will now surely come flooding in for our captain and main man, but we have to stand strong.
Should David Moyes make it through this window without losing Rice, then he can start contract talks yet again, and make an offer that can’t be refused.
Rice is irreplaceable, and we can’t allow this to happen.
