David Moyes to sit down with Tomas Soucek to overturn form after West Ham United poor start to season
David Moyes is set to hold a private discussion with West Ham United midfielder Tomas Soucek over his poor form, according to Claret & Hugh.
The Czech Republic international has been going through a rough patch and that continued during the international break as well.
According to Claret & Hugh, the Hammers manager is set to sit down with the defensive midfielder to find a way to turn his form around.

Crucial
West Ham came into this season hoping to improve what they did in the last season where they finished in the seventh position.
One of the reasons for the team’s success last year was the performance of the players in the midfield where Declan Rice and Soucek were amongst the best pairings in the middle of the park.
With those two, especially the 27-year-old, having a hard time, it makes West Ham look a much easier team to beat, something the side cannot afford especially after a poor start to the campaign.

Therefore, it is critical for the Irons to have Soucek back in full form and become a powerhouse as he used to be.
The defensive midfielder has been a West Ham player since the summer of 2020 when he moved from Slavia Prague in a deal worth £14.58 million.
Since then, he has represented his current club in 115 matches across all competitions where he has managed to score 21 goals and provided three assists in the process [Transfermarkt].
