David Moyes shares if West Ham United forward Jarrod Bowen is frustrated
West Ham forward Jarrod Bowen has made a poor start to the season, but David Moyes has suggested that he doesn’t think that the England international is frustrated.
Bowen was sensational was the Hammers last season, but he has failed to replicate that form so far.
His lack of form is a major concern for Gareth Southgate as well who left him out of the squad against Germany earlier this week.

“I don’t think he is frustrated. I just think he wants to score more goals and play well. He is doing everything he can to do that. We really like him. He is a hugely valuable player to us and one we like a lot,” said Moyes, as quoted by Football London.
Big few months
Bowen needs to recapture his form for the Hammers.
Moyes is probably right here. Last season, when Michail Antonio was going through a bad patch, it was Bowen who was chipping with crucial goals.
This season, it hasn’t happened so far. The Hammers forward has found himself in a good scoring position which suggests that he is getting his movements right, but he just couldn’t finish off the chances.
It could mean that he is struggling with form. At the same time, Bowen hasn’t looked sharp infront of goals which is a surprise.

The next few months are absolutely vital for Bowen. Southgate has sent him a strong message by dropping him against the Germans.
If he needs to get on board for the World Cup, he will have to recapture last season’s form. He needs to score a lot of goals and provide assists.
Bowen is more than capable of turning his situation around, and the Hammers fans will hope that he soon gets back to his old best.
